“Being a woman and dealing with perimenopause, a topic which many are reluctant to discuss, has left me to be outspoken about the unpleasantries that are involved. The uncontrollable onset of torrent physical and emotional changes can be unbearable at times. Derealization is a type of anxiety that I'm struggling with and have been slowly understanding how to manage. This has influenced my art and creative process, exploring my inner turmoil and reflecting upon it. The frieze on this vessel represents my exploration of self-awareness”. - Siriporn Falcon-Grey
